This is my every morning drink now. I started with consuming it at night but taking it in morning suits me better. I have lost good amount of weight also
I have been consuming detox drinks every morning from the last 3 years but I made those drinks myself. Sometimes Cumin seeds drink, sometimes Jeera water, etc. but it all consumes a lot of time.
